(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 8 - Italian 16-year-old wunderkind Francesco Camarda will make his Serie A debut start for AC Milan against Cagliari Saturday after recently playing in their 3-1 Champions League win over Bruges, coach Paulo Fonseca said Friday in announcing the replacement for Spain veteran Alvaro Morata who was ruled out by a head injury sustained in training Thursday.
    "He's mature and I have no doubts about him, for me players have qualities not ages", the Portuguese coach told reporters.
    Milan-born 6ft tall striker Camarda has played six games for Milan's youth team scoring one goal.
    He has five Italy under-19 caps and three goals for his country.
    Camarda came on for Morata in the 75th minute in the Nerazzurri's victory over Bruges on October 22, and made a good impression. (ANSA).
