(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 13 - Italy is down five spots to 46th place in the latest English language proficiency rankings by Ef Education First (EF), the most comprehensive global survey of competence in English.
    Italy has been overtaken by Spain, Ukraine, Albania and Russia and is back to the position it had in 2019, EF said. (ANSA).
