(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 14 - Italy's Antitrust authority has said
low-cost carrier Ryanair has committed to refund more than 1.5
million euros to customers who had to pay extra costs for check
in.
The regulator had opened a practice because the conditions set
by the airline on the online procedure could appear misleading
on the grounds that they did not inform consumers adequately on
how long the service would be available and on the potential
cost in case of failure to complete check-in within the deadline
set by Ryanair. (ANSA).
