(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 19 - Milan bourse closed 1.28% down Tuesday with the FTSE-Mib index falling to 33,324 points amid Ukraine war, new Russian anti-missile nuclear doctrine jitters.
    London closed 0.1% down, Paris 0.6% down, Frankfurt 0.5% down, Amsterdam 0.4% down and Moscow 0.3% down.
    Russia revised its nuclear doctrine in response to America allowing Kyiv to launch US-made missiles into Russian territory.
    In New York the Dow Jones opened 0.77% down, the Nasdaq 0.47% down and the S&P 500 0.53% down on the war fears. (ANSA).
