The Italian National Chefs' Team
(NIC) on Monday won top prizes at the Global Chef Challenge in
Singapore.
The global competition organized by the World Chefs saw the
Italian team led by general manager Gianluca Tomani and trained
by Pierluca Ardito climb on all three podiums, conquering the
top prize in the pastry category with Luca Bnà and Mattia Silvio
Sabatini, the second place in the senior category with Giuseppe
De Vincenzo and Andrea Serale, and the third place in the junior
category with Francesco Locorotondo.
