A 22-year-old man has been arrested
after allegedly being caught red handed committing acts of
torture on his five-month-old son while the baby was in the
paediatrics ward of a Padua hospital, sources said on Saturday.
The father alleged caused the child serious injuries and
aggravating his health condition with acts of violence carried
out during visiting hours in the ward, when he was sure to be
alone and unseen by doctors and nurses, the sources said.
