Tuscany followed Sardinia in
appealing Wednesday to the Constitutional Court on the
government's planned differentiated autonomy on grounds it would
worsen the north-south gap.
The regional government said "the appeal will be presented by
Governor Eugenio Giani at a press conference to be held"
Thursday in Florence.
