The EU High Representative, Kaja
Kallas, Albanian Foreign Minister Igli Hasani, and Albanian
Defence Minister Pirro Vengu signed a security and defence
partnership agreement between Albania and the European Union
today in Brussels. According to the head of European diplomacy,
it is "an investment in our common security" that demonstrates
the parties' willingness to "do more" and allows us to "expand
our cooperation in the fight against hybrid threats,
disinformation, the fight against terrorism, and the concerns we
have, both in Europe and in the Western Balkans."
