After the candidate submission
deadline of Friday, August 4, nine parties will compete in the
Austrian National Council elections on September 29. In addition
to the 5 parliamentary parties ÖVP, SPÖ, FPÖ, Greens, and NEOS,
four other parties have managed to collect enough signatures to
be on the national ballot.
