On Friday 26 July, 200,079
transits were recorded on the entire Autostrade Alto Adriatico
network: this is the record of transits ever recorded in a
single entire day on the tolled network of the A4 motorway
sections (Venice- Trieste), A23 (Udine Sud-Palmanova), A34
(Villesse-Gorizia), A28 (Portogruaro-Pordenone-Conegliano), A57
(Mestre ring road up to Terraglio) on which the Concessionaire,
who released the data, manages traffic .
As for the forecast, tomorrow will be rated as the second
black flag day of this summer, characterized therefore by
critical traffic on the A4 towards Trieste with possible queues
at the Lisert until late afternoon and intense traffic in the
opposite direction throughout the day and, in the morning, on
the Mestre ring road (direction Trieste). Almost 190 thousand
transits are expected on the entire network (numbers close to
the previous Saturday) with peaks of 24 thousand exiting at
Lisert, around 17 thousand at Latisana, 15 thousand at Villesse.
Sunday 4 August will be marked with a red rating on the A4
motorway, towards Trieste also due to the first returns of
tourists. In this case the forecast is around 160 thousand
transits.
