Moldova appointed a new deputy
prime minister for European integration today, after Chisinau
was admitted to the EU's membership negotiations alongside
Ukraine in December. Cristina Gherasimov, the new deputy prime
minister, took the oath of office in front of the President of
the Republic, Maia Sandu, and Prime Minister Dorin Recean,
according to Moldpres.
