Between Saturday and Sunday the
transit of 360 thousand vehicles is expected on the network of
Autostrade Alto Adriatico. Numbers that confirm what already
happened last weekend when there was a traffic flow of +5.8% on
Saturday 3 (195 thousand transits) compared to the same Saturday
in 2023 and 9.3% (168 thousand transits) on Sunday 4 on Sunday
2023. The plus sign mainly characterizes the "sea toll
booths," with Latisana registering +9.3 percent (17,000
transits) and San Donà (+11.4 percent; 11,300) at the end of the
day on Saturday. In the lead is confirmed the Trieste/Lisert
barrier with 23,200 transits, about 600 less than in 2023
(-1.9%). Difference made up by Villesse (15,600 transits, 800
more on 2023) showing that this 'last barrier is increasingly
used by motorists as an alternative for those heading to
Slovenia and Croatia. As for the vignettes, it will be red
tomorrow Friday 9 with heavy traffic on the A4 towards Trieste
all day and in the morning on the A57 Mestre bypass.Saturday the
10th will feature the third black marker this summer season,
resulting in morning and afternoon critical traffic on the A4 in
the direction of Trieste. Queues could occur in the two-lane
section San Donà - Portogruaro, near the junctions in the
direction of the seaside resorts, near the Palmanova Node, at
the Trieste Lisert exit barrier and at the Cordignano exit
barrier on the A28 (Conegliano-Portogruaro). Sunday 11 again red
dot and once again heavy traffic on the A4 in the direction of
Trieste. The truck ban will be in effect from 4 to 10 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 9, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, and
from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11. There will be about 220
people operating on Saturday with the presence also of the
medical garrisons in San Donà di Piave and San Giorgio di
Nogaro.
