Seasonally adjusted GDP in both
the eurozone and the EU increased by 0.3% in the second quarter
of 2024 compared to the previous quarter, according to a flash
estimate published by Eurostat, the European Union's statistical
office. In the first quarter of 2024, GDP increased by 0.3% in
both zones.
According to Eurostat's preliminary estimates, seasonally
adjusted industrial production in the eurozone fell by 0.1% in
June 2024 compared to May 2024, while it remained unchanged in
the EU.
