ITA shareholders named the new board
following its merger with Lufthansa on Wednesday naming Sandro
Pappalardo chairman.
The board is: Antonella Ballone, Joerg Eberhart, Lorenza Maggio,
Sandro Pappalardo and Efrem Angelo Valeriani.
Paolo Ciabattoni, Angela Florio and Federico Testa were named as
board of auditors, with Florio appointed chairman.
The German airline took 41% of ITA in the merger, which is set
to be closed by shareholders Thursday.
