The desire to strengthen
bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Eswatini was
underscored in talks President Aleksandar Vucic held today in
Belgrade with the king of the small African state Mswati III.
During the visit, agreements were signed in the fields of
innovation and technological development, trade and investment,
education, telecommunications, and tourism, with Vucic and the
ruler speaking at a round table discussion centered on
collaboration in the field of innovation. Giving thanks for
Eswatini's stance against recognition of Kosovo's independence
and of respect for Serbia's territorial integrity, Vucic
stressed Belgrade's interest in Africa, which he said is a
friendly continent and whose countries mostly respect the UN
Charter and international law. King Mswati III, who will stay a
few days in Serbia, will also visit the cities of Novi Sad and
Kragujevac.
